Andrè Didenkowski

Andre is a solicitor with Trindade Farr and Pill. He joined the firm after several years experience with the workplace relations team of an international law firm.

Andre practices in all areas of workplace relations law including industrial law, employment law and unfair dismissal litigation, with a particular focus equal opportunity and discrimination law. Andre provides pragmatic, high quality advice, focused on assisting each client with their particular issues.

Skills and Experience:

Andre has had broad experience in both litigious and non-litigious workplace relations matters, including:

  • Unfair and unlawful dismissal proceedings in the Australia Industrial Relations Commission
  • Industrial Disputes in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission
  • Discrimination Complaints in the Victoria Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission and the Australian Human Rights Commission
  • Enterprise Bargaining, including assisting in the development of a national industrial relations bargaining strategy for an ASX 100 company
  • Federal Court proceedings including breach of agreement claims and Workplace Ombudsman matters
  • Proceedings for injunctive relief against threatened picketing and industrial action
  • Breach of contract matters
  • Advising clients in relation to the implementation and transition issues relating to Workchoices, Forward with Fairness and Fair Work
  • Advising clients in relation to the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and associated guidelines
  • Drafting and advising employers in relation to contracts of employment and workplace policies

Qualifications and Affiliations:

  • Bachelor of Arts Monash University (2005)
  • Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Monash University (2005)

Andre is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria and the Law Institute of Victoria.
